How does it work?
Infrared energy is part of the natural light minus the UV element. The Infrared infrared heat energy penetrates through the skin and elevates the temperature of the fatty layers.
The body’s absorption of this energy simulates a workout-like effect by burning up to 900 to 1400 calories in a single session. This process continues to burn more calories for up to 36 hours post-treatment due to an increase in metabolic rate.
How it is done?
Infrared Full Body Wrap does not require disrobing. The 50-minute treatment using silicone pads wrapped around the body over thin layer of cotton clothing is completed whilst lying down on a massage table.
There are six high-density silicone treatment pads providing several wrapping options. Generally, the pads are wrapped around the thighs, hips, abdomen and arms. If the arms don’t need much toning, the calves can be wrapped instead.
The heat to each of the pads is individually controlled; therefore the heat level can be set according to your own comfort level.

What parts of the body can be treated?
There are several wrapping options. For most women, they include the thighs, hips, abdomen, and arms. For men, the usual configuration is thighs, abdomen, chest, and arms. If the arms don’t need much toning up, the calves can be wrapped instead. The heat applied to each of the treated area is individually controlled therefore the level can be set according to your comfort level.
Depending on the individual, one clothes’ size reduction in 6 to10 sessions with 2 to 3 days between each session is generally achieved. Some people who will not experience significant inch loss will see improved body shape. More fit people that don’t carry excess weight or inches may experience much improved muscle tone. Before or after treatment recommendations
It is recommended that drinking water before, during and after a session allows the body to stay hydrated and replaces body fluids that have been sweated out during the session.
