Inlays, Onlays and Fillings

Tooth Colour Restoration improves the appearance of a tooth that can be shaped to the exact requirements of the tooth. Tooth Colour Restoration is a procedure in which a tooth-coloured resin material made of a durable plastic material, is applied and hardened with a special light source that cures the filling material ultimately "bonding" it to the tooth to restore or improve broken or chipped tooth that can be shaped to the exact requirements of the tooth. Following the restoration treatment, your tooth will look natural and you won't be able to tell the difference. Tooth Colour Restoration is a treatment suitable for repair of cavities, chipped or broken teeth or to make teeth look longer. It is also applied to close gaps between front teeth and to protect the roots of teeth with receding gums.

Inlays And Onlays

Ceramic inlays and onlays are often referred to as partial crowns. They use the existing tooth as a base and fit the inlay or onlay onto the tooth. This is done to strengthen the tooth, restore its shape, and prevent further damage. An inlay is done when there is no damage to the cusps of the tooth and the inlay can be placed right on the tooth. An inlay is used when the damage is a little more extensive. Natural white fillings are now the most common cosmetic dental procedure.
